Nelson has Failed to Engage with the Community
(Miami, FL)— Today, The LIBRE Initiative Action® released the following statement highlighting Governor Rick Scott’s work for the Puerto Rican community across Florida. Senator Bill Nelson has failed to be present and support real solutions which create economic growth and opportunity.

“When you ask Puerto Ricans across Florida who has been present in the community, and who works for their priorities, you don’t hear the name Bill Nelson. Rick Scott has constantly been active in the community fighting for solutions to the everyday challenges Hispanics face. Latinos deserves better than a politician like Bill Nelson who has continually been absent.”
