LIBRE Action Unveils New Husted Ads: Ohio Hispanic Families Deserve Freedom, Not Socialism

Columbus, OH — The LIBRE Initiative Action, Ohio’s largest center-right Latino political organization, launched a new ad campaign urging Ohio voters to support Jon Husted for U.S. Senate. The spot is part of a wider $5.2 million OH buy launched by sister organization Americans for Prosperity Action ahead of November 3rd.

The 15- and 30-second “Freedom vs. Socialism” ads put Ohio’s choice in focus. Jon Husted has a record of cutting red tape and helping working families keep more of what they earn, while Sherrod Brown has backed higher taxes, more spending, and more government control that Ohio families would pay for. He also hasn’t forcefully spoken out against the socialist agenda taking root in his own party.

Neither party can take Ohio’s Latino voters for granted. There are roughly 235,000 eligible voters in the state, and many of them are running small businesses, raising children, and feeling the squeeze of higher prices at the register. They could help decide one of the country’s most closely watched Senate races, and LIBRE Action is making sure they know what’s at stake.

LIBRE Action Endorses Rep. Juan Ciscomani, Will Mobilize Latino Voters in Arizona

(Phoenix, AZ) – Today, The LIBRE Initiative Action, a political organization committed to advancing freedom-minded policies on behalf of the Hispanic community, endorsed Representative Juan Ciscomani for reelection to a third term representing Arizona’s 6th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Arizona’s 6th congressional district is rated a toss-up by the Cook Political Report, and Ciscomani won it by narrow margins in both 2022 and 2024. In a race this close, Hispanic voters will have an outsized say in the outcome. LIBRE Action’s endorsement marks the start of a concerted effort to mobilize its grassroots volunteers and engage Hispanic voters across the district ahead of November 3rd.

The 30-second “We Work Hard” ad speaks directly to Hispanic workers, small business owners, and families across Ohio who are putting in the hours but watching Washington eat away at their paychecks. It draws a clear contrast between Jon Husted, who is committed to getting government out of the way, and Sherrod Brown, who has stood by as his party pushes an agenda that would make it harder for Ohio’s Latino families to get ahead.

Ohio’s Latino community is no longer a bloc either party can take for granted.
