AFP Action and LIBRE Action are both supporting  incumbent Nevada State Senator Heidi Gansert, state senate candidate April Becker for district 6,  and Nevada State Assembly candidates Andy Matthews for district 37 and Steven Delisle for district 29. Additionally, AFP Action is supporting congressional candidate Dan Rodimer. El Senador John Cornyn ha demostrado una capacidad única para escuchar a ambos lados de un debate, una característica rara en Washington D.C.

En los temas que más importan a los hispanos tejanos, ese es un beneficio valioso.  Es la principal razón por la que apoyamos la reelección del senador Cornyn.

Ahora más que nunca, es esencial que los tejanos tengan acceso a atención médica económico y de calidad.  El senador Cornyn defendió los esfuerzos para enfrentar la crisis ampliando el acceso a la telemedicina, incluso antes de la actual emergencia de salud pública.  La telemedicina es especialmente importante cuando el acceso a consultorios médicos y hospitales está restringido, como durante la pandemia, y tambien para los residentes rurales que pueden estar a muchas millas de la atención más cercana.

El impacto económico de la pandemia ha sido casi tan severo como la crisis de salud.  Una vez más, el senador Cornyn se ha centrado en hacer crecer la economía para que la gente pueda volver al trabajo y los propietarios de pequeñas empresas puedan reconstruir sus vidas.

(Mission, Texas) – Recently, The Texas Tribune published an article about The LIBRE Initiative Action’s support for Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr’s in a Democratic primary.

Excerpt from the article:

The group tells us it’s planning to drop “several rounds” of direct mail in the race, run digital ads and engage with voters over the phone and text. The mail and digital efforts will be in both English and Spanish.

The debut mailer says Lucio “fights for opportunity in our community” — with “our” underlined — and highlights his record in a few areas, including on “supporting quality education for South Texas families and students.” Lucio has split with his party on some major issues, and he was the lone Democratic vote for a 2017 private school choice bill.
